What is the workshop about?

Computer games have been around for over a few decades now. They have evolved from being simple pixel games to those with high end graphics and from huge arcade games to that simple handy mobile in your pocket. Guess what, games you thought were magical are now a child's play, figuratively. And so, here's your chance to design your own game.

What are the skills children acquire?

In this workshop, the student will follow the computational thinking process in which they derive the algorithm in four steps, design the UI and UX for the game, understand the logic of conditional programming and finally put everything together in scratch program

In this session, students will lean the basics of game development, they will dsign the game strategy, scoring logic, the physics part of it and code a magical game on Scratch.
